This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what shipping costs on orders from AestheticX.
1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses in India only. International shipping is not available.
If a courier cannot deliver to your pincode, we will tell you and refund your payment in full.
2. Delivery time
- Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of your order.
- Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Total: usually 4–10 business days from your order date.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The delivery date range shown on product pages and on your order confirmation page is an estimate. Remote areas and events outside our control (weather, festivals, courier delays) can take longer.
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more. This is checked on your cart subtotal before discounts such as WELCOME15.
- Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹60 shipping charge.
The shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other delivery fees.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
5. Your address
Please check your name, address, pincode and phone number before paying. To change the address, email support@aestheticx.in before the order is dispatched. After dispatch we cannot change it.
6. Failed delivery and returns to us (RTO)
If the parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or you were unavailable or refused delivery, we refund the amount you paid minus the actual shipping cost: the courier charges we paid to send the parcel to you and to have it returned to us. We will tell you this amount before the refund is made.
7. More than one package
Some orders arrive in separate packages on different days. There is no extra charge for this.
8. Damaged or wrong items
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or with missing parts, email support@aestheticx.in within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will send a free replacement, or give a full refund if a replacement is not possible. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
