Free on orders of ₹999 or more (checked before discounts). Below that, shipping is a flat ₹60.

How can I pay? Is Cash on Delivery available?

All orders are prepaid via UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking or wallets, processed securely by Razorpay. We don’t offer Cash on Delivery.

Do I need a code for the first-order discount?

No — 15% off your first order is applied automatically in your cart. It’s for first orders only, one per customer.

Can I return an item?

We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or with missing parts, email support@aestheticx.in within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We’ll send a free replacement, or give a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days. Refund & return policy

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it’s dispatched: email support@aestheticx.in with your order number and you’ll get a full refund. Once dispatched, an order can’t be cancelled.
