These Terms & Conditions apply when you use aestheticx.in or buy from AestheticX. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
AestheticX is an online store selling products in India. The seller is:

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for orders and activity on your account. Tell us at support@aestheticx.in straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Products and images
We describe products as accurately as we can. Product images are indicative: colour, size and packaging may vary slightly because of lighting, screens or supplier updates.
5. Prices and stock errors
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is the amount you pay.
If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund. We never charge you more than the amount you paid.
6. Orders
After you pay, we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order for stock or pricing errors, delivery restrictions or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
7. Payment
All orders are prepaid through Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking or wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password.
8. Offers
- WELCOME15: 15% off your first order only, one per customer. It is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other coupons.
- Offers have no cash value. We may change or end an offer at any time; this does not affect orders already placed.
9. Shipping, cancellations and refunds
We ship within India only. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 or more (before discounts); otherwise it is a flat ₹60. See our Shipping Policy.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or with missing parts, email support@aestheticx.in within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will send a free replacement, or give a full refund if a replacement is not possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. See our Refund & Return Policy.
10. Use of the website
Please do not misuse the website: no hacking or attempts to access other people’s data, no automated scraping, no harmful code and no fraudulent orders.
11. Intellectual property
The AestheticX name, logo, text, photos and design on this website belong to AestheticX or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
12. Liability
For any order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer (including approaching a Consumer Commission), disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagaon, Assam.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Orders already placed follow the Terms in force when you placed them.
